Photo Shoot Request

We are extremely proud of the creativity and capabilities of our local event vendors and appreciate the opportunity to help showcase their talents through collaborative photo shoots. 

For vendors or individuals planning a photo shoot/styled shoot who are interested in featuring our rentals, we are happy to discuss the details of your photo shoot needs further. Please complete and submit the following Photo Shoot Request Form no less than 3 weeks prior to your photo shoot. We will review and reply in a timely manner. 

Please note that rental items featured in a photo/styled shoot are available for use at a 50% discount to their regular rental price. Items that are not part of our regular in-stock inventory will be custom quoted. We reserve the right to decline participation in a photo/styled shoot.

Agreement

Upon request and receipt of rental items I, the above listed, do hereby acknowledge that I am responsible for the appropriate return of all rental items at the pre-agreed upon time and location. All items will be returned in the same condition they were acquired in. In the event of damage to the rental items, I acknowledge that I am responsible for any replacement costs within two weeks of notification of the damage.

Following the photo shoot or following the publication of media created at the shoot, all media (photographic or video) will be furnished to Ideal Tent & Event Rentals in a timely manner, and no more than 30 days following the shoot or publication.

Listing Guidelines: Ideal Tent and Event Rentals will be credited in all online and print publications to which media from the shoot is shared. Please include our entire business name "Ideal Tent & Event Rentals". When possible, include a link back to our website: www.idealtentandevents.com. For Facebook posts, please include a tag to our Facebook page: @idealtenteventrentals, and for Instagram in-feed or Story posts, please tag @idealtentandeventrentals in the photo or post copy.
