Wishlist Tutorial

Peruse our inventory to uncover and learn more about the myriad of rental options we have available for your event.

2. Add items to your Wishlist

As you discover the rental items you'd like to include in your event, simply click on the corresponding small blue plus sign or the blue "Add to Wishlist" button to add the item to your Wishlist. Some inventory items are so nuanced they require custom quoting, such as tents and ceiling drape. To receive a quote for items you're interested in that are not available to add to your Wishlist, please contact us to chat.

3. Review your Wishlist

Once you've added all the items you'd like included in your Wishlist, click on the Wishlist icon in the bottom right of your screen. Here you'll have the opportunity to adjust desired quantities, remove unwanted items, and further refine your Wishlist, as needed.

4. Select your event date

When you're ready to submit your Wishlist for a quote, first click on the dates at the top of the Wishlist window to select your event date and/or the window of time you'll need the rentals from the calendar. If you're unsure of the Start Time and End Time, it's fine to leave these as the default "12:00 PM". We can adjust these times as your planning progresses.

5. Add event details

After selecting your date, click on the "Contact & Venue Info" button at the bottom of the Wishlist window to complete a short contact form and to add details about your event venue. If you have any specific details or questions regarding items in your Wishlist, make sure to include that information in the "Notes" box at the bottom of the contact form. Once all details have been added, click "Send List".

6. Get a quote

An Event Specialist from our team will reach out to follow up on your quote as soon as possible. Our team will answer any questions and provide further details for finalizing your rental order at this time. We look forward to helping you bring your event to life!
